Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a combination of psychotherapy (talk therapy) and hypnosis. It is not a typical type of therapy, where there is deep analysis into your problems. It’s approach centres around solutions.

Anxiety Attacks

Within 3 sessions with help from Rebecca, I was managing to control my anxiety. I have learnt techniques to stop the attacks.
