Self Worth and Positivity

By the end of each session I am left feeling positive and focused, on the small steps that, can keep me moving calmly, positively forward. In our sessions we always discuss what positive ideas I have to achieve my goals for the next week. Learning about how the mind works and how it affects behaviours has been so beneficial.

Anxiety Attacks

When I first met Rebecca, my anxiety was out of control. The slightest things could trigger an attack of anxiety. Getting an undisturbed night’s sleep was rare. Within 3 sessions with help from Rebecca, I was managing to control my anxiety. I have learnt techniques to stop the attacks. Rebecca comes highly recommended as a therapist by me, I am so glad she came into my life when I needed her the most.
